How interesting...To not see among the blind. When we realize that relationships are more important then items, we will then see clearly to how things should be. Thanks you for being you.

yes, nice post, Amy. it's good to remind ourselves about the perils of making snap-judgments based on our narrow perceptions. by the way, that's my 2nd favorite photo of you -- with the 1st being the one in the dress shirt you still refuse to return to me or auction on eBay. :) by the way, no worries about crying from matthew mcconaughey -- his movies make most critics cry, too, and those tears have nothing whatsoever to do with his abs or sunscreen. :) enjoy your weekend!

Amy V!
Nice column yea I am sure I have been misjudged by appearance. In high school, I used to have those darn pimples and afraid to ask the girls out - afraid they would laugh at the guy with pimples on his face (of course many of those girls did too) so I may have been viewed as shy or not interested when of course I was - just afraid to ask them out. If they would have asked me to go out - I would have - however that appearance did not show I was interested. Now - just being a nice guy and not aggressive - they may think I am not interested when other thoughts are going through my head! doak
